We can customize a leadership seminar to your organization, in the same way we worked with the Corps of Engineers to create their seminar.

We facilitate your top leaders defining the leadership your organization needs today. Starting with your business context and challenges, this process clarifies the leadership, skills, and culture necessary for your organization to succeed today and tomorrow. Gaps between where you are today, and the ideal future you want to achieve are described.

We then design, for your review, an interactive seminar that presents your business logic and engages participants in understanding what this requires of leadership, at all levels of your organization. Seminar participants work with gap survey results, and learn to plan as an interactive team. The seminar includes teaching modules about leadership skills, competencies, and tools. Participants also learn about themselves as leaders, and how they can become more effective.
